As the Senior Creative Lead at EarnIn, a fintech company transforming the way people access and control their money, Tragik plays a pivotal role in evolving the brand’s visual identity and storytelling strategy to reflect the real lives and voices of everyday people.

Since joining, Tragik has led a comprehensive brand audit and repositioning initiative—redefining EarnIn’s visual language and messaging to better resonate with its diverse customer base. Partnering closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams, she has worked to ground the brand in authenticity, developing a visual and narrative system that reflects the mission of financial flexibility and independence.

Bringing a background in production and a deep understanding of inclusive, human-centered storytelling, Tragik champions the voice of the customer in all aspects of creative work. Whether through remote interviews or full-scale productions, she has made it a priority to put EarnIn’s community members—nurses, single moms, gig workers, and beyond—front and center in brand campaigns and social content. Her approach ensures that every touchpoint feels real, relatable, and rooted in the financial realities and aspirations of EarnIn’s users.

Known for ideating across the full funnel—from lo-fi social to high-production OOH—Tragik is an engine for culturally resonant, buzzworthy creative that drives both emotional connection and brand recall. Her work is not only shaping how EarnIn shows up in the world, but also pushing the category to expand its view of who financial brands are for—and what they can look like.
