During her tenure, Tragik led a comprehensive brand vis audit and supported a repositioning initiative, redefining EarnIn’s visual language, messaging, and creative standards to better reflect the lived realities of its diverse customer base. Partnering closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams across product, brand, comms, growth, and social, she helped ground the brand in authenticity and align creative expression with EarnIn’s mission of financial flexibility, dignity, and independence.

With a strong background in production, Tragik led end-to-end creative leadership across campaigns, overseeing concept development, resourcing, budgets, timelines, vendors, and execution. Her work spanned lo-fi social and creator-led content to high-production campaigns, ensuring speed and efficiency without sacrificing craft. In parallel, she helped shape EarnIn’s growth creative strategy across paid social, performance video, and influencer channels, establishing scalable frameworks and guiding creator partnerships to deliver culturally relevant, performance-minded work that maintained brand integrity.

In parallel, Tragik designed and led EarnIn’s AI Creative Pilot, a six-month initiative focused on expanding creative capability through responsible AI adoption. She introduced new AI-enabled tools and workflows, coordinated team education and training, and integrated these tools into day-to-day creative production. This work improved efficiency, expanded creative exploration with limited resources, and positioned the creative team to lead emerging technology adoption.
